Overview:
Human Resources Receptionist to the Human Resources Department at Moore Regional Hospital. Serves as a resource to employees and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the onboarding process of new employees, including I-9 verifications. Position responsibilities include filing and maintaining accuracy of active, paper, and electronic employee Human Resources files. Completes reference and wage verification for former and current employees.
Qualifications:
High school graduate with office/clerical experience required. Human Resources experience preferred. Data entry and computer experience, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and phone skills required. Busy office environment with multi-line phone system.
Position requires flexibility for covering the 8:00a-4:30p shift when necessary.
