HR- Recruitement & Operations

WAidon is a bootstrapped startup, striving to become the top gun in hair regrowth sector.

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR department & contribute primarily to the hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Job Descriptions and Postings
• Candidate Sourcing
• Screening and Evaluation
• Interview Coordination
• Interview Documentation
• Candidate Assessment
• Information Management

Requirements:

• Graduation in any field.
• Minimum 6 months recruitment experience in D2C industry
• Very good knowledge of handling Recruitment, complete End to End Recruitment Cycle
• Hands-on experience in the candidate selection process
• Good negotiation skills
• Very good people management skills
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
