About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and helping the organization bring in the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
• Post job requirements on various portals and social media.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support in onboarding of selected candidates.
• Coordinate with HR team and management for smooth hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory for freshers).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
