HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR administration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

3. Employee Engagement & HR Support

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records (attendance, leave, employee database).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
