HR Recruiter

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
• Liaise with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary
• Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and wellness programs

Performance Management

• Facilitate performance appraisal cycles
• Track and report on employee performance metrics
• Support managers in setting SMART goals and KPIs

Training & Development

• Identify training needs through skill gap analysis
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions
• Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in audits and documentation for statutory requirements

Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

• Help implement HR policies and procedures
• Recommend improvements to HR processes for efficiency
• Monitor adherence to organizational standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
