RK Fashion is a growing fashion & garment brand. We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to help us find, hire, and onboard top talent to fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage job portals, LinkedIn & sourcing channels
• Maintain recruitment data & reports
• Support HR initiatives like engagement & retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in HR/Business/Admin
• 1–3 yrs of recruitment experience (fashion/retail a plus)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
