We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Recruiter & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, acquiring clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs by sourcing and placing the right talent. This is a dual-role position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:Sales / Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
