Roles & Responsibility-

Full Cycle Recruitment:

• Job posting and candidate sourcing:They create and post job descriptions on various platforms, utilize online and offline methods to source candidates, and manage the application process.
• Screening and interviewing:They review resumes, conduct initial screenings (phone/video interviews), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers..
• Offer negotiation and onboarding:They communicate offers to candidates, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Participating in job fair,campus drive.
• Open to travel within MP regarding attending the job fair.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
