Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years for junior / 3–5+ years for senior recruiter) in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
