HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years for junior / 3–5+ years for senior recruiter) in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
