About the Company

K95 Foods Private Limited, manufacturer of Toyo Kombucha, is a fast-growing FMCG brand. We are seeking a female HR Recruiter with proven in-house hiring experience to manage recruitment for both our corporate office and manufacturing facility.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (internship experience in HR/recruitment will also be considered).
• Mandatory: In-house recruitment experience (not only consultancy-based).
• Ability to handle corporate and factory hiring simultaneously.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Skilled in screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Female candidates residing in North Delhi or nearby areas only.
