HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the automobile sector — including technical, sales, service, and support positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with company standards and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments (sales, service, workshop, administration, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), campus drives, referrals, and apprenticeship programs.
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation including offer letters, joining formalities, and HRMS updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Support HR initiatives such as trainee management, NAPS/NATS programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the recruitment process.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration/ MBA in HR preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (automobile or manufacturing industry preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
