HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–2 years (Non-IT / Retail hiring preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail/non-IT positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Support in onboarding and joining formalities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT / Retail preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
