Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the chemical industry
- Manage job postings, resumes, and applications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment sources
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
Skills :
- Must have good knowledge of hiring in the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
