Job Role: HR Recruiter (Full-Time | Remote)

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Salary: 20-30k + Incentives
- Candidates with relevant experience in staffing & HR consulting companies will be given first preference.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience (1–5 years) in IT or non-IT recruitment in staffing & HR consulting companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities across multiple platforms.
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (preferred).
- A proactive, result-oriented, and people-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection for IT and non-IT roles.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to understand role requirements, business needs, and organizational goals.
- Use multiple sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and professional networks, to attract top-quality talent.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, assess candidates’ skills, and evaluate culture fit.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Handle candidate engagement and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and minimize dropouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values in the talent market.
