Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) andAdministration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both areas, and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and employee administration

Responsibilities:

●Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

●Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

●Manage employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

●Handle employee queries related to HR policies

●Administer employee performance management processes and track progress.

●Maintain HR documents, including contracts, personal records, and performance reviews.

●Assist in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

●Support HR initiatives and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

●Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Administration.

●Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

●Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

●Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
