The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to attract and assess top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Ensure hiring processes align with company policies and legal compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.

- Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment agency background.
- Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
