Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves understanding client requirements, shortlisting suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

KRA: Tasks / Activities

Source and screen candidates through various job portals and social platforms.

Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.

Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement updates and feedback.

KPI: Performance Metrics

Number of positions closed within timeline.

Quality of hires and retention rate.

Interview-to-offer conversion ratio.

Timely feedback and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

End-to-end recruitment process knowledge.

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Preferred Skills

Experience in consulting or staffing firm.

Exposure to HR operations or onboarding.

Attitude Required for This Position

Positive, proactive, and people-oriented.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setup.

Experience & Eligibility (E in BARE Fit)

Experience Range: 1–2 years

Language(s): English, Tamil (preferred)

Qualification: Any degree (MBA HR preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
