About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with a strong sports background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports and have a keen eye for identifying talent across the sports and fitness industry. You’ll play a key role in recruiting coaches, trainers, and office staff while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sports and non-sports roles (coaches, trainers, operations, HR, etc.).
• Understand manpower needs from different departments and create effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, sports institutions, networks, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical (sports-related) and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• Manage offer roll-outs, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly share updates with management.
• Represent the organization at sports colleges, events, and career fairs to attract talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resources, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (sports or education sector preferred).
• Strong network in the sports and fitness community is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sports, teamwork, and people management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software or ATS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
