Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles across our real estate operations, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier real estate professionals (Agents, Brokers, Property Managers, Analysts, etc.) and corporate support staff. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven ability to connect with and hire industry-specific talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, industry-specific platforms , and other creative recruiting methods.
- Manage job postings on various platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and company career pages.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial Telephonic interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the real estate environment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and extend job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed of real estate industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years minimum) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on or strong experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
