HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates through various job portals and should be comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
• Familiarity with job posting and candidate sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring goals
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
