HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates at the ground level, ensuring the organization hires the best talent efficiently. This role involves on-site visits, campus recruitment, walk-ins, and other field recruitment activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
