We SKInnovative Learning Services Pvt Ltd. are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions, demonstrating a passion for talent acquisition and a desire to grow in the HR field.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms

2. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications

3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

4. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system

5. Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

7. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

8. Resource right trainers for training requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
