Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: HR Manager / Branch Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive for koramangala location

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, finalising offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Support performance management processes including performance reviews, feedback sessions and training needs identification.
  • Handle employee relations: respond to queries, resolve grievances, support managers on HR issues and promote healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees to help them integrate smoothly.
  • Assist with payroll data, benefits administration, leave management and HR reports.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, training programmes and contribute to building a strong organisational culture.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, hiring time, employee satisfaction) and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR executive role (experience in insurance / financial services is a plus).
  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills (English + local language Kannada/Tamil preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS / ATS tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
