About the Role

WAY REAL ESTATE is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and select qualified candidates — with a primary focus on real estate brokers — using various channels (we provide hot leads from Facebook Ads, but you’ll also use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals).
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the management team.
• Manage and update the candidate database and CRM system.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired brokers.
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets to support the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment (experience in the real estate industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online recruitment tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
