Job description:
Experience in resolving labor-related issues in labor camps.
Perform blue-collar recruitment tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to manage the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics
Support the onboarding process for new blue-collar hires
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to blue-collar recruitment
Address and resolve routine issues in the recruitment process
Contribute to the development of recruitment procedures and documentation
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external recruitment partners
Assist in tracking and reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes
Provide administrative support related to recruitment and outsourcing activities
Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions
Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process
Support the implementation of recruitment best practices
Stay informed about trends and developments in blue-collar recruitment
