Role Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from provided leads. The role includes sourcing, screening, CRM updates, follow-ups, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Conduct interviews and assess fit
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Schedule meetings and resolve queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree
• 0–2 years of HR/recruitment experience (preferred in insurance/finance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM and HR tools knowledge
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
