Job Title: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 58, Noida
Experience Required: 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand job descriptions and requirements shared by hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Good understanding of various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
