Responsible for the entire hiring process, including identifying talent, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with Company Seniors to fill open positions. They manage candidate communication, facilitate the selection process, prepare offers, and assist with onboarding new hires. Key skills include strong communication, organization, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
