Role Overview:

Responsible for digital marketing, lead generation, and HR support activities to help sales team performance and employee management.

Run digital marketing & social media campaigns

Manage property listings and coordinate site visits

Handle lead follow-up & CRM updates

Assist in recruitment, onboarding & employee records

Support branding events and promotional activities

✅ Skills Required

Communication in Tamil & English

Social media / digital marketing knowledge

Basic design skills (Canva preferred)

MS Office & coordination ability

✅ Qualification & Experience

Any degree in Marketing / Business / HR

0–2 years in real estate or marketing (freshers can apply)
