Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Identify and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Infra.Health’s visibility in the job market.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in infrastructure, healthcare, or construction industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for people, culture, and organizational growth.
