We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interview processes to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and role expectations for various departments.
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and next steps.
  • Manage and update recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Support onboarding process of new hires.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (as needed).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.).
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
