Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and sourcing operations for our manufacturing industry clients. The role involves leading the sourcing team, ensuring the timely deployment of skilled and unskilled manpower, and implementing new hiring strategies to increase manpower count and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and English to effectively coordinate with candidates and clients across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing clients – from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve daily and monthly manpower deployment targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (local job drives, social media recruitment, referral programs, campus hiring, and regional tie-ups) to increase manpower availability.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled categories.
- Coordinate with client HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely supply.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (manpower count, offer-to-join ratio, absenteeism, etc.) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process for all new recruits.
- Strengthen recruitment network through vendor coordination, local agents, and community partnerships.
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports on sourcing performance and manpower status.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sourcing efficiency and reduce hiring turnaround time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in manpower supply / bulk recruitment / manufacturing industry hiring.
- Proven experience in team handling and high-volume hiring.
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict manpower deployment deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
