Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on different platforms.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Handle offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (6month) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
