Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct targeted headhunting and extensive calling to attract quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Support HR operations in onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Assist in campus engagement initiatives and employer branding activities.

  • Ability to thrive in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with roles in the architecture, interior design, or construction sectors.

Prior experience in the same industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
