Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
  • Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups with both candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily reports.
  • Handle onboarding formalities: document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
