Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
- Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups with both candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily reports.
- Handle onboarding formalities: document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and onboarding.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
