1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Understand departmental manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and feedback.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain employee joining files and documents.
  • Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for ID cards, system access, and seating arrangements.

3. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain candidate and employee databases in Excel/HRMS.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports and hiring trackers.
  • Maintain records of open positions, shortlisted candidates, and interview feedback.

4. Employer Branding & Support Activities

  • Assist in job postings, career page updates, and social media recruitment drives.
  • Support HR in employee engagement activities, attendance tracking, and MIS reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
