HR Recruiter

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent to support our organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.
• Source and attract potential candidates using recruitment platforms and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and crafting competitive compensation packages.
• Support employee evaluation processes and provide clear, patient communication for HR inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources (HR experience is a plus).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset to address employee inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Solid understanding of employee evaluation processes.
• Effective negotiation skills for managing job offers and compensation discussions.
