Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office HR professional to manage and oversee daily human resource functions within our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and administrative.
HR tasKey Responsibilities: ∙
Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office. ∙Coordinate the recruitment and on boarding process for new hires. ∙Source, screen, and interview candidates for various office & domestic roles. ∙Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified domestic staff across multiple functions. ∙Develop job descriptions and specifications for each role in collaboration with managers. ∙Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification. ∙Coordinate interviews between candidates and manager. ∙Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. ∙Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database in Excel. ∙Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified office & domestic staff across multiple functions. ∙Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification. ∙Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. ∙Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. ∙Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an office environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools or others.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,300.06 - ₹30,340.51 per month
