HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing requirements within the defined timelines.

• Understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
• Source potential candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
• Coordinate and follow up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus drives when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
