Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions within the automobile dealership/automobile company. This role ensures timely hiring, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and selecting qualified talent that aligns with organizational needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads (Sales, Service, Accounts, Bodyshop, CRM, Admin, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and campus hiring.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain a hiring tracker.
2. Workforce Planning
- Understand monthly and quarterly manpower requirements.
- Assist in creating job descriptions for various roles in Sales, Service, Technical, and Support teams.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles (Sales Consultants, Technicians, Service Advisors, Drivers, etc.).
3. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure proper joining formalities and employee file management.
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS for management review.
4. Employer Branding
- Represent the organization during campus placements, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Promote the company’s values and work culture to attract quality talent.
- Assist in digital recruitment campaigns through social media and online platforms.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and recruitment guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Support compliance with labor laws and statutory hiring procedures.
6. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into their roles.
- Collect feedback and support new employees during the probation period.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automobile industry or retail sector.
- Familiarity with hiring for Sales, Service, Technical, and Support roles.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of automobile industry roles and manpower structures (preferred).

- Time taken to close positions.

- Recruitment process efficiency and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
