We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our company. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and closing profiles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Create job descriptions and post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Onboard new employees and manage documentation.
  • Ensure hiring is completed within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Fresher with strong skills may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
