1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Responsible for recruitment activities and new-hire onboarding for the Brazil and Mexico regions.
- Manage the onboarding process, including submitting required workflows through the company system and completing necessary issuance.
- Handle overtime calculation and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Support candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures for the U.S. region.
2. Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Support the implementation of insurance and benefits programs across the Americas region.
- Communicate and coordinate with employees regarding insurance, PTO, sick leave, and other leave-related matters.
- Assist HRBPs in promoting employee relations management and team culture initiatives.
3. Cross-Regional Compliance & Labor Affairs Support
- Assist HRBPs in handling labor disputes, investigations, and related compliance matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and follow up on compliance execution.
