Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions across departments such as R&D, QA, QC, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Identify hiring needs by coordinating with department heads and understanding role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards during the recruitment process.
- Support HR team in additional tasks such as employee engagement, attendance, HR operations, and training coordination, when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
