Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Work closely with clients to understand job requirements, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement customized recruitment strategies for each client assignment.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting methods.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Create and manage a talent pipeline for recurring client needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and job postings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Must Have

  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and close positions within defined timelines
  • Immediate joiners or short notice preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
