1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Draft, post, and manage job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Conduct telephonic or video screening to evaluate candidates’ fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate all communication.
3. Interview Coordination
- Arrange and confirm interview schedules with candidates and internal teams.
- Ensure timely feedback collection from hiring managers.
- Maintain a smooth and professional candidate experience.
4. End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Handle the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to final selection.
- Assist in salary negotiation and closure processes.
- Prepare offer letters and share them with selected candidates.
5. Documentation & Onboarding Support
- Collect joining documents and assist in onboarding formalities.
- Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies.
6. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and open positions.
- Participate in HR meetings and recruitment planning discussions.
7. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain MIS sheets for interviews, joining status, and closures.
