About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify high-quality candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & onboarding
  • Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, campus hiring & networking
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/departmental interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/retail experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good negotiation and offer-closing skills
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
