HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess fitment.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.

2. Hiring Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closing candidates.
  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and joining formalities.
  • Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status and TAT.
  • Build relationships with external consultants and agencies if needed.

4. Employer Branding & Compliance

  • Assist in creating strong employer branding through social media and job postings.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in candidate interactions.

5. Onboarding Support

  • Support new joiner onboarding, documentation, and induction planning.
  • Coordinate with admin, IT, and payroll for new employee setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
