Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary Role (90% Focus – Recruitment):

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple locations including Chennai, Kochi, and Trivandrum, Tamilnadu and Kerala.This includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, coordinating selections, organizing job fairs/campus recruitment drives, and ensuring timely hiring for all operational and technical positions.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and in compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle payroll processing activities.
• Oversee employee training and development programs.
• Address employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments for effective manpower planning and timely staffing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any degree
• Experience: Minimum - 3 Years
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
