Key responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Job description: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Sourcing and screening: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to find candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate experience: Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and updates.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and conduct background checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
