We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter (Healthcare Segment) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare industry, including experience hiring for roles such as doctors, nurses, paramedics, healthcare administrators, and support staff. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and maintaining documentation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare positions (clinical and non-clinical).
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process — including offer letters, background verification, onboarding, and compliance with HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Support HR in employee onboarding and induction programs as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end hiring process and HR documentation (offer letters, joining forms, verification, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for multispecialty hospitals, diagnostics, or healthcare service providers.
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance in healthcare recruitment.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will be an added advantage.
